We make the whole process easy, just make sure to put all your dirty laundry in a bag and have it ready for the pickup time.
When we arrive we will take your bag(s). You don't even need to be there, just indicate any special instructions in our order form.
We will then determine the price of your order and call you to obtain your approval and credit card info. We will also give you a date and time for the delivery once your clothes are ready.
Finally we drop off your clean laundry at your door (or wherever you ask).

Normally it will take 24 hrs from the time we pickup your order until we deliver it.

Sure you can, at the time we arrive for pickup we will take everything that's in the bag(s).
You should check in the garment's manufacturer tag, it specifies instructions for the correct care of the item whether it should be dry cleaned or washed.

Depending on your address, we have 2 different locations in town, Wildcat Laundry (East Tucson) and Thrifty Wash (South Tucson). We will process your laundry in the closest location to you to expedite the process.
All your clothes will be delivered in a bag. We fold most of your clothes and hang all collar shirts, women's blouses and dresses on wire hangers. If you have other preferences, please let us know when you order.
We can clean most washable fabrics. The only exception is leather. We don't clean any garment made of any kind of leather.
Even when our cleaning process utilizes the best products and techniques, some stains are impossible to remove, specially when those stains are old and have been treated or washed and dried previously. If you have heavily stained items, please let our experts know when you drop off or we pickup so we can treat it in the best possible way.
No, we regularly start our process with sorting out your clothes before putting them in the washer. Your clothes will be washed individually, never mixed with other orders and only with like colors.
